Hob (recommended): Fill a pot halfway with water and bring to simmer. Gently place pouch in water and simmer until hot, about 15 minutes. Carefully remove from water, cut pouch open and remove leg with tongs. If desired, sear in a hot pan with a small amount of vegetable oil to brown.
Microwave: Remove contents from pouch, place on a microwave-safe dish, cover loosely and heat on high power until hot, about 2-3 minutes
