Heating: Oven (recommended): Remove from packaging and place on oiled tray. Bake at 180ºC until internal temperature reaches 75ºC, about 25-30 minutes. Microwave: Remove from packaging and place on microwave-safe dish; loosely cover and cook on high power until internal temperature reaches 75ºC, about 4-6 minutes.
